About The Journal
International Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition Science is a peer-reviewed, Open
Access journal that publishes research and review articles in all areas of Food Technology and
Nutrition Science. As a multidisciplinary journal, articles discussing all aspects of food science
will be considered, including, but not limited to enhancing shelf life, food deterioration, food
engineering, food handling, food processing, food quality, food safety, microbiology, and
nutritional research.
Focus and Scope
Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition Science is an online peer-reviewed, open access
journal that publishes original research articles, case reports, short communications, review
articles and clinical studies related to all aspects of Clinical Nutrition, Practice, Dietary Surveys,
Food Processing and Technology. The aim of the journal is to provide a forum for researchers,
